Telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at SynergenX Health Holdings LLC – Houston, Texas

SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a FT Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the State of Texas. Must be licensed in TX with DEA in Texas as well! This is a fully remote position. Patients will be seen in Central Standard time zone.

SynergenX and Low T Center are health clinics dedicated to improving mens' health and quality of life through hormone replacement therapy for Men (self-inject) and weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a mid-level provider to deliver quality care specifically for HRT for men full time (M-F 8am-5pm central standard time)

Due to the nature of the expansion of SynergenX and Low T Center, there is potential for professional growth for the right candidate. This is a very unique opportunity for a PA or NP to be part of the foundation and bright future of this company.

The PA or NP needs to have:

• Sound medical decision making abilities
• Current experience delivering Telehealth
• Ability to connect with patients via Telehealth and Quality patient relationship skills
• Active TX FNP or PA state license in good standing with TX being under your primary taxonomy NPI number
• No current or pending malpractice law suits
• Current DEA License in Texas
• Availability of 8am-5pm M-F

Training
Remote training for 7-10 days

Job Location: Fully remote within Texas, servicing Texas patients via telehealth

Compensation: $120,000 annually Firm.
