Responsibilities

Complete Building Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to for a facility in NW, Washington, DC. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

The typical day will go something like this:

  • Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis:
  • Conduct daily building/equipment tours
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Salary $24-$25 depending on experience

Parking provided



Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Driver's License
  • Minimum 2 years' experience commercial building maintenance
  • Computer skills a must
  • Flexible to working between 6am and 6pm
  • Basic knowledge in electrical, HVAC and plumbing
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
  • Must be familiar with steam operations, pumps, AHU's, hot water boilers, exhaust fans, ballast, etc.
  • Dependable and reliable
