Inventory - Seasonal at Hefty Seed Company – BALTIC, South Dakota

Hefty Seed Company is a progressive, rapidly growing agriculture retailer that is hiring Seasonal Inventory Assistants in Baltic, SD. We are looking for someone with the ability to multi-task while paying great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Primary responsibilities will be making sure inventory is 100% correct every day. Duties along with this include data entry of purchase orders, processing inventory paperwork, problem solving issues across multiple stores, running reports and operating data in Excel, sending and answering emails and phone calls, as well as assisting the inventory team with other tasks as they arise.

Qualifications:

- Friendly and positive attitude

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Details – Job start date depends on your school year but no earlier than March 1. Job will run up to either August 1st or August 15th, depending on your school calendar.

• Hours (approximately 55 hours per week)
• Monday – Friday 7am-5:30pm
• Saturday 7am-noon +
• Extra hours as needed
