Repair and Maintenance Technician at Noodle Express Airway Heights LLC – Spokane, Washington

Mustard Seed and Noodle Express are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance & Repair Technician to support multiple restaurant locations. This role focuses primarily on equipment and building maintenance/repairs, with secondary responsibilities for deep cleaning and upkeep of equipment and facilities.

This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently across multiple sites.

Primary Responsibilities (Maintenance & Repairs)

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain restaurant equipment (cookline equipment, refrigeration, dish machines, sinks, etc.)

• Perform building maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, doors, fixtures, walls, flooring, and hardware

• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime

• Respond to maintenance issues at multiple locations as scheduled or needed

• Identify larger repair needs and coordinate with management or outside vendors

• Maintain tools, parts, and maintenance logs

Secondary Responsibilities (Cleaning & Upkeep)

• Deep clean equipment as needed (hood areas, fryers, floors, drains, walk-ins)

• Perform periodic janitorial and sanitation support to maintain safety and health standards

• Assist with special cleaning projects between locations

Requirements

• Prior experience in maintenance, facilities repair, restaurant equipment repair, or similar trade

• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
