- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive federal lobbying and advocacy strategies aligned with the company's business priorities.
- Represent the company's interests before the Executive Branch, Congress, federal agencies, and trade associations.
- Manage initiatives on critical issues including manufacturing policy, trade regulations, and electronic materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple subsidiaries to ensure alignment on policy positions.
- Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments, recommending strategic responses.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with lawmakers, federal officials, and industry groups to enhance influence.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain high discretion in all activities.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in federal government affairs, ideally focused on manufacturing, healthcare, and trade issues.
- Proven success in lobbying Congressional members and Executive Branch officials.
- Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory environments with a history of effective lobbying.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding judgment, integrity, and ability to operate with discretion.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- $130,491 - $228,000 salary based on experience.
