• Analyzing underwriting operations and modifying programs to meet financial and operational objectives.
• Validating, testing, and documenting the delivered underwriting solution.
• Enhancing current system designs to adapt to changing business needs.
• Providing technical leadership on assigned projects and discovery efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of programming experience required.
• Experience with C# and Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) architecture is required.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server is required.
• Proficiency in WPF and XAML is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of information technology concepts and application development methodology.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
