- Develop Data Classification Standards for sensitive and high-value data
- Facilitate workshops to define security controls and data handling requirements
- Develop compliance monitoring methods and resolve operational classification issues
- Create and deliver training materials to drive user adoption
- Design and maintain enterprise logical and physical data models
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure model-driven ETL/ELT implementations
- Support data quality, integrity, and consistency across integrated systems
- 8+ years of experience in information systems or equivalent
- Proven expertise in data architecture and data modeling
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational/analytical databases
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred)
- Ability to produce clear and structured audit-ready data documentation
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake data modeling
- Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and lineage tools
