This is a business-critical role within the Revenue Marketing organization that significantly impacts revenue growth. Unlike traditional marketers, Growth Marketers focus on measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions. The role combines deep marketing expertise with strong analytical and technical skills to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth. Daily tasks consist of data analysis, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration, aiming to optimize results in a fast-paced environment.Accountabilities
  • Create buyer personas to design multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive conversions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and challenges, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Design experiments across various marketing channels and implement successful variations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing messaging and lead generation efforts.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and growth marketing.
  • Understanding of integrated campaign architecture and the customer decision journey.
  • Proficient in analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools for campaign performance insights.
  • Technical skills in data manipulation and visualization using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and VWO.
  • Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Self-motivated marketer with strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in SMB, payments, or point of sale is preferred.
