The role combines deep marketing expertise with strong analytical and technical skills to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth. Daily tasks consist of data analysis, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration, aiming to optimize results in a fast-paced environment.Accountabilities

• Create buyer personas to design multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive conversions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and challenges, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Design experiments across various marketing channels and implement successful variations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing messaging and lead generation efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and growth marketing.
• Understanding of integrated campaign architecture and the customer decision journey.
• Proficient in analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools for campaign performance insights.
• Technical skills in data manipulation and visualization using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and VWO.
• Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.
• Self-motivated marketer with strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Experience in SMB, payments, or point of sale is preferred.
