As a Mortgage Specialist, your primary focus will be on building strong relationships and providing valuable insights into the lending process, ultimately helping clients navigate their financial journey from the comfort of their homes.Accountabilities

• Sell and promote mortgage solutions and financial services based on understanding client needs and goals.
• Develop a consumer client base for direct sales of lending solutions.
• Ensure efficient service delivery to clients and direct business flow to appropriate servicing units.
• Gather and convey field feedback to improve products and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers and specialists to increase advisor engagement with mortgage solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record of high performance in a busy sales environment.
• High energy, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
• Solid underwriting experience with residential mortgages (3-5 years).
• 5 or more years of experience in financial services or in a sales/service capacity.
