- Lead highly complex projects from initiation to completion while ensuring to stay within timelines and budget.
- Provide leadership for large projects and deliver high standards of work quality.
- Create a project plan to identify key milestones and deliverables.
- Act as the Project Lead in project design and implementation plans.
- Work with clients to define and document business requirements.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Resolve differences in perspectives to achieve consensus on requirements.
- Align IT capabilities with business needs for project success.
- Monitor project deliverables and escalate risks as needed.
- Communicate project status to functional and executive leadership.
- Identify issues and manage risks to resolution or mitigation.
- Ensure program deliverables are on track by coordinating with internal teams.
- Provide input for capital expenditure preparations.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in project management or related area.
- Experience launching and supporting Patient Support Programs.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, computer sciences, or related field.
- PMI certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
- Strong Project Management skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Expertise with project management tools such as MS Project and Visio.
- Knowledge of Patient Support Programs, Billing, Pharmacovigilance, and ERP applications.
- High degree of business acumen in the pharmaceutical health services field.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
