In this pivotal role, you will be the trusted advisor driving customer security resilience and operationalizing our partner's solutions to deliver tangible business value. You will manage the entire customer lifecycle, linking executive leadership with internal strategic functions to enhance customer retention and ensure strategic alignment. This role requires a self-starter who can effectively collaborate with local sales teams and global stakeholders while championing the voice of the customer.Accountabilities
  • Ensure customers gain maximum value from the solutions provided.
  • Understand clients' organizational structures and business outcomes from deployment.
  • Assist in developing strategic success plans with measurable goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Optimize customer investments by enhancing remediation efficiency.
  • Translate complex technical scenarios into straightforward business value.
  • Develop and conduct Executive Business Review presentations.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of hands-on Customer Success experience in SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity.
  • Technical background with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and articulating strategic value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to negotiate with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Commercially oriented and adept at multitasking.
