With a focus on innovation and team development, this position fosters strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance overall service delivery.Accountabilities
- Manage a global and cross-functional multi-level team
- Lead client engagements while managing project timelines, expectations, and resource budgets
- Identify additional revenue opportunities in current and future client engagements
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to differentiate products and services in the market
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements
- Identify competitive threats and emerging challenges, providing swift solutions to maintain relationships
- Maintain constructive relationships with account and travel managers, sharing industry insights
- Support client management and sales efforts by pursuing cross-sell/upsell opportunities
- Act as a point of escalation for customer concerns
- Drive improvements in tools and processes
- Engage in knowledge sharing and best practices
- 10+ years of travel industry and consulting experience in mid to senior-level management
- Outstanding project management skills
- In-depth experience with the airline industry
- Proven capability in managing multiple client relationships and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional international teams
- Advanced analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data visualization software; AI experience is a plus
