In this role, you will manage and optimize our partner's e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless user experience and fostering customer relationships. You will be integral in driving online sales through product management, marketing initiatives, and collaboration with various teams. • Manage the overall operation of the website and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with their selections.
• Optimize product listings and content with detailed descriptions and visuals.
• Build customer relationships and develop partnerships with creators and businesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams on promotional activities and concepts.
• Set prices in alignment with industry trends and sales strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Manage PPC advertisement campaigns and social media engagement.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce and website maintenance.
• Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of SEO and non-technical SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Excellent copywriting and editing abilities.
• Experience using Google Analytics for project management.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of CSS Media queries.
