You will be integral in driving online sales through product management, marketing initiatives, and collaboration with various teams. - Manage the overall operation of the website and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with their selections.
- Optimize product listings and content with detailed descriptions and visuals.
- Build customer relationships and develop partnerships with creators and businesses.
- Collaborate with internal teams on promotional activities and concepts.
- Set prices in alignment with industry trends and sales strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
- Manage PPC advertisement campaigns and social media engagement.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
- At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce and website maintenance.
- Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of SEO and non-technical SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent copywriting and editing abilities.
- Experience using Google Analytics for project management.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of CSS Media queries.
