In this role, you will have a critical impact on building and enhancing a scalable platform that empowers entrepreneurs to launch and grow their ventures. By collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, you'll work to document customer and business needs, ultimately designing solutions that meet these requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to promote a 'One System' mindset and encourage the adoption of innovative platform capabilities across the organization.Accountabilities

• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to design flexible Platform Capabilities that serve customer and business needs.
• Act as a technical Product Manager for backend Platform Capabilities, closely supporting Engineering Managers in their development.
• Create a 3+ year roadmap for Platform Capabilities, outlining project plans, requirements, and cost models.
• Guide Engineering teams in the technical adoption of created Platform Capabilities and report updates to Leadership.
• Drive continuous improvements in functionality, user experience, and performance through data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Software Development experience, with a strong focus on scalable platforms and backend architecture.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and prioritizing software launches and optimizations.
• Proven ability to translate customer feedback into technical solutions and system requirements.
• Experience in defining a technology vision and leading the successful launch of software systems.
• Demonstrated capability in building multi-year roadmaps and managing cross-team dependencies.
