- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy automation workflows and bots using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
- Create maintainable automation solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources to enhance automation capabilities.
- Implement basic AI, machine learning, or natural language processing capabilities into workflows.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support the production deployment of automation solutions.
- Monitor and optimize automations for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Maintain documentation of workflows, configurations, and technical specifications.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- 3-5 years of related experience with at least 2 years of hands-on UiPath RPA development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of process mining, process optimization, and workflow analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.
