Your contributions will support the AP/AR Manager and ensure that all student payment queries are addressed promptly. - Reconcile student payments and maintain accurate accounts for payment histories.
- Assist the AP/AR Manager with posting cash receipts.
- Provide top-tier customer service during the billing and collections processes.
- Work closely with the student accounting team to ensure consistency between billing and student documents.
- Respond to student inquiries via email and phone regarding finance-related issues.
- Advise students about payment methods and account changes.
- Collaborate with the Bursar Manager on process improvements.
- AA degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Experience in bursar, financial aid, or student accounting office preferred.
- Familiarity with Campus Nexus/Anthology student information system is a plus.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
