• Envision the data architecture necessary for top-performing SaaS products
• Ensure data is secure, fast, and accessible in collaboration with software teams
• Lead technological and business discussions with various stakeholders
• Participate actively in engineering processes and anticipate future data needs
• Establish and communicate data usage standards across the organization
• Drive the creation and implementation of architecture standards and artifacts
• Translate product requirements into system-level architectures and designs

Requirements

• 710+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or related roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for query optimization and analytics
• Hands-on experience with data lakes and lakehouse architectures
• Expertise in DataBricks and/or Apache Spark for distributed data processing
• Strong Python skills for scripting, automation, and pipeline development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data orchestration tools
• Proven ability to design scalable data architectures aligned with business goals
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
