- Envision the data architecture necessary for top-performing SaaS products
- Ensure data is secure, fast, and accessible in collaboration with software teams
- Lead technological and business discussions with various stakeholders
- Participate actively in engineering processes and anticipate future data needs
- Establish and communicate data usage standards across the organization
- Drive the creation and implementation of architecture standards and artifacts
- Translate product requirements into system-level architectures and designs
- 710+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or related roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for query optimization and analytics
- Hands-on experience with data lakes and lakehouse architectures
- Expertise in DataBricks and/or Apache Spark for distributed data processing
- Strong Python skills for scripting, automation, and pipeline development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data orchestration tools
- Proven ability to design scalable data architectures aligned with business goals
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
