- Lead market strategy by forecasting trends and identifying new customer opportunities.
- Drive the full product lifecycle from needs assessment to marketing hand-off.
- Shape long-term portfolio and business strategy with stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor market activity and adjust strategies to optimize penetration.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and new thought leaders.
- Analyze unmet needs to identify product and service opportunities.
- Lead the new product development process and engage internal stakeholders.
- Communicate long-term portfolio strategies to gain organizational alignment.
- Bachelors degree required.
- 8+ years of work experience in relevant fields.
- 5+ years of experience in medical device or marketing/sales.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in creating marketing strategy and financial models.
- Hybrid work flexibility with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
