  • Ensure educational programs conform to state and local standards through evaluation and coordination activities.
  • Communicate the schools mission and vision to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding special education and other programs.
  • Interface with families and local educational authorities regarding student attendance and engagement.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the Student Achievement Improvement Plan.
  • Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, providing necessary training for their development.
  • Address educational and behavioral problems through coordination with teachers, students, and parents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related professional experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience in an educational setting.
  • Ability to clear a required background check.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time for professional meetings and development.
