- Ensure the infrastructure is configured and distributed correctly to meet stability and performance objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure environment by monitoring performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair.
- Deploy and manage Windows/Linux/Unix servers.
- Produce clear technical documentation and diagrams.
- Champion automation for proactive self-management of infrastructure and deployment.
- Relevant bachelors degree with 10+ years industry experience as well as being VMware Certified and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate.
- Advanced skills in Linux (installation, hardening, performance tuning, and troubleshooting).
- Expert hands-on experience with AWX/Ansible and deep understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles.
- Expert-level knowledge of containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong automation and scripting abilities.
