What You’ll Do:

As a Certified Math Teacher, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging virtual instruction that supports the academic and social growth of every student. Using school-provided resources—and your own creativity—you’ll lead core math classes, provide individualized feedback, and maintain consistent communication with students and families.

In this role, you will:
- Create meaningful lesson experiences using provided curriculum materials and instructional best practices
- Establish a safe, positive, and academically focused online classroom
- Provide consistent, clear communication to students and parents via phone, email, and messaging
- Offer daily office hours to support student learning and success
- Grade assignments within 24–48 hours and offer personalized feedback
- Manage online discussions, daily course announcements, and advisory sessions
- Track and document student progress, concerns, and parent communications
- Support IEP and 504 compliance
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
- Support clubs and electives programming on Fridays

What You Bring:
-Current Arizona Standard Professional Teaching Certificate with a Math endorsement
-Valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
-Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (required)
-Prior experience teaching middle or high school students (preferred)
-Passion for using technology to support diverse learners
-Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
-Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual learning tools

Weekly Schedule Overview:
Location: In-Person - Goodyear, AZ
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Monday – Thursday:
8:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Office Hours
12:00 PM – 3:50 PM: Live Classes & Advisory
Friday:
8:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Office Hours / Clubs / Electives
