  • Oversees interpretation of data, data analysis, and guiding report writing for the purpose of capturing the regional transfer center outlook on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis along with throughput metrics.
  • Leads performance improvement initiatives focused on length of stay, discharge timeliness, transfer efficiency, and access to services.
  • Ensures compliance with EMTALA, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards related to throughput and transfer operations.
  • Provides leadership, coaching, and performance management for assigned staff, including evaluations, feedback, and corrective action as needed.

  • Serves as an escalation and decision-support resource for throughput and dialysis-related operational issues.
  • Promotes a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Participates in on-call rotation as required to support operational continuity and real-time issue resolution.
  • Partners with executive leadership to align capacity strategy with organizational growth initiatives.
  • Identifies and mitigates revenue leakage associated with throughput inefficiencies.
  • Supports operational planning related to service line expansion and access optimization.
  • Contributes to enterprise strategies that improve patient experience, quality outcomes, and financial performance.
