Position Summary:
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent service to GPP’s customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and supporting the overall customer experience. This role is key to maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers.
  • Assist in improving customer service processes and procedures.
  • Support team initiatives and departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle challenging customer interactions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive).
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the energy, power solutions, or home services industry.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based
  • Frequent interaction with homeowners, commercial clients, and internal teams.
