Caregiver (CNA, PCA, HHA) 4-Hour Shifts - $18-$25/hr at Trove Home Care – Charlottesville, Virginia

• Pay: $18–$25/hr based on experience
• Location: Charlottesville, VA and surrounding communities
• Shift Hours: Weekday and Weekends (morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available)
• Opportunity to increase client base overtime!

Our caregivers support clients in their homes and assist them with their day-to-day lifestyle. Whether a client requires basic companionship, or other types of non-medical personal care, our team of exceptional caregivers are here to meet their needs.

What You'll Do

Each Trove caregiver provides help with companion activities that may be required in a client’s home, including:

• Transportation
• Medication reminders
• Meal prep and cooking
• Light homemaking/cleaning

If you're a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with adequate training, you can provide “personal care” services, including:

• Dressing/Grooming/Personal Hygiene
• Feeding
• Ambulation
• Bathing
• Transferring
• Toileting/Incontinence

What We're Looking For

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and the Trove Care team
• Must have an active driver’s license and valid car insurance
• Ability to follow care plans and document client progress accurately
• Must pass a background check and reference screening
