Do you enjoy turning traffic into bookings by optimizing journeys, reducing friction, and continuously improving how a website performs?The Springs Resort and Murrieta Hot Springs Resort are seeking a Website Specialist (Part-Time) to own website performance, conversion optimization, and revenue readiness across both properties.
This role is a strategic owner with guardrails, focused on CRO, website health, and execution excellence. Creative direction, campaign strategy, and development support are provided; this role ensures the website consistently supports business goals and converts demand into revenue.
Success in this role is measured by increased conversion rates, reduced funnel drop-off, and increased website-driven revenue.
- Status: Part-time, Hourly
- Compensation: $40-$50 per hour DOE
- Time Commitment: approximately 30 hours per week
- Schedule: Primarily weekday business hours; hours may flex based on projects and launches
- Work Mode: Remote- California, Texas and Colorado
- Reporting Structure: Reports to VP of Marketing; works closely with on-property Marketing Managers, Paid Media team, Creative partners, and Development team
- Own ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) across hotel bookings, day passed, and high-intent pages
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance using GA4 and related tools to identify drop-off points
- Partner closely with Paid Media on A/B testing strategy, landing page creation, and message match
- Translate insights into prioritized website improvements tied directly to revenue impact
- Manage day-to-day website updates and content publishing across both properties using WordPress
- Deploy campaign, promotional, and evergreen content aligned to marketing timelines
- Publish content with approval until fully trained and confident in product offerings
- Ensure all updates are prioritized by conversion and business impact, not volume
- Monitor page-level performance, user journeys, and conversion behavior using GA4 and Looker Studio
- Maintain tracking integrity and QA key conversion events
- Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities and surface them to marketing leadership
- Collaborate with stakeholders on insight interpretation and prioritization
- Build and maintain consideration-stage landing pages for non-new and retargeted users
- Ensure retargeting audiences land on clear, intent-aligned experiences
- Partner with Paid Media to improve mid-funnel clarity and conversion readiness
- Improve structured data, schema, and AI/SEO visibility across both websites
- Create and maintain AI workflows to support marketing efficiency and optimization
- Ensure website content is structured and ready for AI concierge, chat, and automation tools
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, workflow efficiency, and optimization efforts
- Collaborate with on-property marketing managers to align website content with on-site experiences
- Execute creative inputs provided by agency partners and internal specialists
- Coordinate with the development team as needed (no coding required)
- Measurable improvements in schema and AI/SEO readiness
- CRO improvements or statistically valid tests underway
- Reduced drop-off across key booking and day pass flows
- A documented plan to improve the end-to-end website purchase journey
- 5+ years of experience in website management, CRO, or digital performance marketing
- Strong experience working within WordPress CMS
- Proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets
- Demonstrated experience with conversion optimization and funnel analysis
- Experience partnering with paid media and creative teams on landing page performance
- Ability to create and leverage AI workflows for marketing tasks
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
