The Chief of Staff Technical will partner closely with senior leadership to drive execution, coordination, and strategic initiatives for Global VO Application Management. The role requires strong technical fundamentals, exceptional communication, and structured problem-solving abilities to operate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic and execution partner to leadership for Global VO application initiatives
• Support end-to-end application management including performance, stability, and enhancements
• Translate business goals into actionable technical and operational plans
• Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and external stakeholders
• Track priorities, milestones, and deliverables across global teams
• Analyze incidents, metrics, and risks; drive root-cause analysis and resolution
• Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and presentations
