About This Position
Lead planning, scheduling, logistics and invoicing for the Process Services business Unit. Identifying opportunities for improvements in KPI. Streamline and eliminate waste in the scheduling, planning, logistics, and invoicing processes. Process and lead recycling efforts to capture cost savings or revenue from all waste stream processes ie waste grit, powder, recycling, trash. Ensure that all manufacturing supplies are available, to ensure 100% shipments are achieved.
Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Master Scheduler, Material Analysis, Logistics, and planning
· Preferred bachelor's degree in supply chain, business admin or similar field preferred.
· Relevant practical experience in product lifecycle management as a business analyst or key user.
· Clear, concise and articulate verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks
· Strong analytical analysis skills to solve problems with creative solutions
· Impeccable organization and efficiency skills; strong attention to detail

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
· Oversee and lead the entire supply chain, from raw material procurement to final product delivery in Process Services
· Supervise and lead a team of 3 material handlers, production scheduler/planner and a Materials Coordinator.
· Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
· Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
· Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability of the supply chain.
· Monitor supplier performance and address issues.
· Plan production and procurement activities based on demand forecasts.
· Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate them.
· Developing contingency plans for disruptions in the supply chain.
· Work closely with quality control teams to establish and maintain high-quality standards in raw materials and finished products.
· Implement strategies to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery timelines.
· Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
· Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to stay ahead in the manufacturing landscape within Process Services.
· Monitor and control costs associated with procurement, transportation, and inventory.
· Work with department supervisors or other personnel to assess production schedule and on time schedule completion.
· Calculate figures, such as required amounts of labor and materials, manufacturing costs, or hours used, using pricing schedules, adding machines, calculators, or computers.
· Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used, or customer information, so that status reports can be completed.
· Maintain files, such as shipping, bills of lading, or cost reports. Invoice for shipments.
· Identify and implement improvements in inventory management, traceability, usage.
· Coordinates the removal of waste grit and waste powder. Develops suppliers to remove this material.
