Freelance Graphic Designer at Chronos Agency
About This Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Email & Graphic Designer to support our e-commerce marketing efforts. The role focuses primarily on designing high-converting email creatives and related marketing assets, based on briefs and copy prepared in-house. While the structure of emails remains consistent, content and visuals will vary across campaigns and client brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design visually compelling and on-brand email creatives for e-commerce campaigns.
- Import and set up designed emails within Klaviyo.
- Plan and create graphic assets aligned with client brand guidelines, including banners, GIFs, and email pop-up form designs.
- Produce brand-consistent, high-converting visuals that support marketing and conversion goals.
- Research and apply the latest design principles and trends in e-commerce and email marketing.
- Ensure all final designs are visually polished, responsive, and aligned with brand standards.
- Revise and refine designs based on internal feedback and campaign performance needs.
WHAT WE PROVIDE :
- All copy, briefs, and campaign direction will be prepared in-house.
- Clear workflows, consistent structures and collaborative support from the marketing team.
KEY REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or similar field required.
- Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience is necessary.
- Proven experience designing email campaigns within Klaviyo.
- Proficiency in Figma and Canva for creating diverse digital assets.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced agency (digital marketing, lifecycle or email marketing) is essential.
- Experience in e-commerce industry preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
- Minimum of 20 hours per week, equivalent to approximately 12 email designs per week.
