We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated sales professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:

• Automotive dealership management experience preferred
• Shown success in auto retail sales
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales process.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Facilitate regular sales training for continue team growth.
• Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales targeted performance.
• Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and standard methodology processes.
• Partner with General Manager plan and run vehicle inventory.
• Assist in running controllable expense elements for the Used Vehicle Department.

What we offer:

• Pay is draw plus percentage: $100,000 - $130,000 potential annually
• Full Time to include some Saturdays
