- Manage client relationships and digital brand initiatives, with a focus on website tactics
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding their business goals and priorities
- Provide confident counsel on client inquiries, translating complex feedback from medical, regulatory, and legal teams into actionable recommendations
- Develop a deep understanding of client markets, trends, competitors, and stakeholders
- Communicate brand objectives effectively to agency teams, providing feedback across strategy, creative, technical, and analytic projects
- Document scope requests, author project briefs, and write SOWs to ensure clear deliverables
- Monitor revenue, profit, and scope risks, partnering with account leadership to grow accounts and capture opportunities for expansion
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency environment
- Pharma agency experience required, with expertise in digital tactics focused on websites
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions and project teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing pharmaceutical brand launches, preferably in rare disease, is a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts
