The Athletics Marketing Intern will support marketing efforts for 24 Division I athletic teams at Villanova University. Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order. Duties and Responsibilities:	Essential Job Functions Oversee, plan and implement select fall, winter and spring sport marketing plans Schedule game day elements that include but are not limited to anthem performers, halftime and time out performers, and color guard Assist with game day operational responsibilities at all football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball and other assigned games Create and facilitate a digital marketing plan including development of email databases and social media graphics Oversee and schedule the game day student volunteer program Support student attendance and The Nation student fan group Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Associate Athletic Director for Marketing All duties and responsibilities must be completed in compliance with University, Conference and NCAA rules and regulations. Nonessential Job Functions Perform other duties and assist with projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:	Education: Bachelor’s degree. Work Skills: Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Team-oriented and must be willing to work irregular hours. Other: Willingness to learn. Passion for sports marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:	Work Experience Sports marketing experience at either the professional or collegiate level. Work Skills Experience using Adobe Photoshop. Social Media Management.
Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours:	Candidate must be willing to work holidays, weekends, and evening hours.
