Position Overview

The Body Contouring RN or LPN is responsible for delivering elective aesthetic procedures, including CoolSculpting, Emsculpt, and Laser Hair Removal, as well as other device-based treatments as assigned.
This role blends clinical precision with exceptional patient care and offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced medical providers in a supportive, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and perform non-invasive body contouring and laser treatments.

  • Conduct consultations, obtain patient histories, and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Ensure accurate charting, photography, and documentation of each visit.

  • Partner with leadership on clinical and operational objectives.

  • Participate in vendor trainings to maintain expertise on current technologies.

  • Manage patient treatment plans, follow-ups, and rebooking.

  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and internal quality standards.

  • Support marketing and event initiatives as needed.

  • Contribute to departmental goals and performance improvement projects.

Qualifications
  • Active RN or LPN license in the State of Ohio (required).

  • Minimum 1 year of laser or aesthetic treatment experience; Sciton experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.

  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and highly organized.

  • Desire to stay current on advancements in aesthetic technology and skin science.
