Job Summary We are hiring a Contents Technician to support emergency restoration projects. This is a hands-on role responsible for packing, inventorying, cleaning, transporting, storing, and returning customer contents affected by fire, water, smoke, mold, or bio-hazard losses. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, field-based environments.

What Youll Do Pack, label, and inventory customer contents at residential and commercial loss sites Safely move and transport furniture, electronics, and personal belongings Clean and deodorize contents using approved restoration methods Assist with warehouse organization, storage, and pack-back operations Take photos and maintain accurate documentation for insurance purposes Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Support emergency response efforts, including after-hours and on-call work Maintain clean job sites, vehicles, and work areas Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

What Were Looking For Experience in contents restoration, moving, warehouse, or cleaning work is a plus (not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the day Comfortable working in various environments (homes, commercial buildings, warehouses) Strong attention to detail and respect for customers personal property

Work Environment & Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs Ability to wear respiratory protection when required Work may involve confined spaces and varied site conditions Regional travel throughout Southern California
