The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Summary:
Administers patient care for in-patients and out-patients in the Radiology Department for diagnostic and interventional procedures. Utilizes assessment techniques, teaching and evaluation to determine the effectiveness of care. Documents response to procedures when deemed necessary. Participates in Quality Improvement activities. Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient's age-specific needs and provide age-specific treatment and care.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum 4 years experience as a staff nurse
• Graduate from an accredited school or university
• Successful completion of all Orientation Programs

Preferred:

• BSN degree

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Current Registered Nurse License in the state of New Jersey
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
• Certifications as required by law stature and or regulation for area or specialization
• PALS
• ACLS

Scheduling Requirements:

• Full-Time
• Day Shift
• Monday — Friday with on call
• No weekend requirements
• Minimal holiday coverage
• 9:30am to 5:30pm

Essential Functions:
Radiology RN to participate in IR procedures in the radiology department, monitor sedation, start IV, cath patients.
