About This Position
Description:
HySafe is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join as a Field Service Technician, a critical role in managing and performing recertification processes for fall protection systems.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:
- Inspect fall protection systems to ensure worker safety at heights.
- Accurately and promptly complete inspection reports and test certificates.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively, paying attention to detail, and responding with urgency to customer needs.
- Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling travel, equipment (e.g., lifts), and materials.
- Maintain and update records related to inspected systems and customer information.
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of their fall protection systems through clear and professional communication.
- Work regularly at heights, using equipment such as lifts, ladders, and harnesses.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Fluency with all Microsoft Office.
- Understanding and knowledge of the construction industry.
- Ability to travel nationwide 80% - 90% of the time.
- Highly ethical, positive culture addition, self-motivated.
