The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and timely support related to product inquiries, order processing, payments, shipping coordination, and returns. This role supports sales and accounting functions while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, bilingual in English and Spanish, and thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• Serve as front-office point of contact for in-person visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries
• Respond to customer questions regarding product specifications, features, pricing, availability, and applications
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their needs
• Process sales orders, estimates, returns, and payments accurately and efficiently
• Prepare correspondence, sales orders, estimates, bills of lading, shipping labels, and related documentation
• Coordinate shipping and work closely with warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Communicate product updates, changes, and discontinuations to customers
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within internal systems
• Support sales and accounting teams as required
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all site safety policies and procedures

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor with a high level of reliability and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic to intermediate mathematical and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, copiers, and multi-line phone systems
