Part Time COTA - Bluegrass Senior Living at Exceptional Rehab - Exceptional Living Centers – Somerset, Kentucky

Exceptional Rehab, a “In House” Therapy partner of Exceptional Living Centers, is now seeking a Part Time COTA. The COTA provides quality rehabilitation services in coordination with therapy team leadership and plan of care needs.

Our trained professionals, throughout the United States, work with residents in skilled nursing facilities to evaluate rehab needs. Our goal is to get individuals back to their favorite activities such as gardening, cooking and taking care of others. We know achieving the highest level of independence possible is important, and together we will work to get you where you want to be.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS: Must have completed approved schooling for COTA . Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care facility is preferred but not required. Must maintain a good working relationship with other health care professionals.
