About the role
The Sales Operations Specialist communicates with the Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure optimal customer experience with AA Medical. The role focuses on supporting the company's sales team by managing, analyzing, and optimizing sales processes, data, and technology to increase efficiency and revenue. Through strong inter-departmental communication, collaboration and cooperation, the Sales Operations Specialist will elevate our culture and ensure AA Medical’s success.
What you'll do
- Serving as a point of contact for customers’ inquiries concerning order status, tracking information, product availability and shipping details.
- Manage all sales orders that are assigned to the Miami and Tekyard sales team.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to confirm inventory availability, shipping timelines and resolve delays.
- Taking photos and videos of products and packaging to reduce returns (RMAs) and provide customers with expectations of their purchased product’s appearance and performance.
- Help assist with backorder and fulfillment delay reasons.
- Help assist the Miami warehouse team when needed with transfer orders and shipping product.
- Help assist the company's strategic decision on where to place your pricing relative to the average market price.
- Developing product knowledge to better assist our internal teams and our customers.
- Suggesting and implementing process enhancements for improved customer experience.
- Perform additional Sales Operations duties and help the Sales Team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills to support team efficiency.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and CRM software.
- 3-5 years of experiences managing a sales funnel, territory management and optimizing sales performance.
