Line Cook $18-$20/HR PM Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays at STANFORD'S RESTAURANT – Clackamas, Oregon

We are currently looking for experienced full-time skilled Line Cooks. We are open 7 days a week serving lunch and dinner. Candidates need to be friendly, hardworking, flexible, team players, and able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities:

• Performs all culinary duties and responsibilities to achieve overall success of the operation.
• Prepares food orders for guests using prescribed recipes and standards.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays
• Must be available to work all holidays no matter what day it falls on
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Knowledge of and ability to consistently prepare all food recipes and sub-recipes as instructed
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
• Ability to expedite tickets accurately and timely, and read/understand the kitchen monitors or printed tickets, behind the cooks’ line.
• Proper cooling and storing practices per health department rules and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment; manage time effectively, and work well in a team environment.
• At all times during employment, you must have a valid State Health Card and any other government-required cards.
