Explore careers in medicine, nursing, and allied health

Earn Basic Life Support (BLS) Training & Certification — including high-quality CPR, AED use, and team-based emergency response
Earn Stop the Bleed Certification, learning how to respond to life-threatening bleeding with pressure, packing, and tourniquets
Have the option to join a Healthcare Hack-a-Thon, collaborating with other THSA students to tackle real healthcare challenges
Practice introductory hands-on medical skills
Learn the basics of HIPAA and patient confidentiality

What truly sets THSA apart is the breadth of exposure students receive. Instead of visiting a single site or program, participants engage with multiple hospitals, colleges, and healthcare organizations—often experiencing a new location and a new healthcare focus each day. This “all-access” model gives students a deeper, more authentic look at the diverse world of healthcare and helps them imagine the future they could create within it. 100 students will be accepted into this program. Enclosed is the program flyer: 2026 THSA Flyer - Final
