We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Activities Assistant to join our team in Washington Township, OH. The ideal candidate will support the planning and implementation of engaging activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

• Assist in organizing and leading recreational, social, and educational activities for residents.
• Encourage resident participation and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
• Help set up and clean up activity areas and materials.
• Monitor residents during activities to ensure safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director and other staff to develop new programs.
• Document resident participation and report any concerns or observations to the appropriate staff.
• Provide companionship and support to residents as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in recreational activities, caregiving, or related fields preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with elderly or special needs populations.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents as needed during activities.

This position is based in Washington Township, OH, and involves working in a community or healthcare setting. The role may require occasional evening or weekend hours depending on scheduled activities.
