JOB TITLE: Sr Marketing Manager

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

REPORTS TO: Leadership Team

SR MARKETING MANAGER SUMMARY:

As our first dedicated Marketing Leader, you will report directly to the executive team to build the foundational marketing strategy for a firm in the 5G and wireless space. You will not only create the brand’s voice but also architect the Salesforce environment to support high-stakes relationships with major carriers and enterprise clients. Your primary core objective will be to bridge the gap between high-level wireless strategy and daily sales execution, using Salesforce as the primary engine for relationship management and revenue growth.

SR MARKETING MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executive Strategy: Partner with leadership to define our market positioning in the 5G, carrier, and non-carrier sectors.
  • Salesforce Architecture: Lead the optimization of Salesforce to ensure every touchpoint with our top-tier clients (representing 50%+ of revenue) is tracked and leveraged for growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop technical playbooks, pitch decks, and case studies that empower our sales team to navigate complex, multi-million dollar wireless contracts.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design bespoke marketing campaigns specifically for our top enterprise and carrier partners to solidify long-term retention.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of 5G industry trends to keep our sales messaging ahead of competitors and carrier shifts.

MARKETING MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically within the wireless, telecommunications, or technology infrastructure industries.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator)
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
  • Advanced "Power User" status in Salesforce is required; experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere & After Effects) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices is a plus
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience with social media platforms and content distribution
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to measure content effectiveness
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Stable work history
  • Demonstrated understanding of the 5G ecosystem, including carrier sales cycles and non-carrier private network opportunities.
  • Proven ability to build a marketing function from the ground up rather than just maintaining an existing one.
