- We are hiring an experienced Administrative Specialist to provide administrative support for all operational and project-related activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Access client system and maps to obtain work order details and required completion dates.
- Create tickets based on work order information in Diggers Hotline ProPortal (web-based system) to have facilities located.
- Print, collate, and distribute work packets assigned to Miller Pipelinefrom client.
- Document work schedule in clients system.
- Update job tracking spreadsheets daily.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills including ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Ability to read, navigate, and plan using complicated maps.
- Above average computer skills including MS Office and ability to learn and adapt to various unique user interfaces.
- Ability to plan your work and meet deadlines.
- Above average organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Familiarity and understanding of underground utility facilities, state law, and role of Diggers Hotline preferred.
