About This Position
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska. This position is responsible for delivering daily physical therapy services and maintaining close communication with patients and referring physicians. The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive care including evaluation, assessment, treatment planning, implementation, supervision of therapy programs, and patient education, while ensuring compliance with clinical and billing standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily physical therapy treatment to patients in accordance with physician referrals.
- Perform patient evaluations and assessments and design individualized treatment programs.
- Implement and supervise treatment plans and delegated therapy services.
- Review treatment protocols and patient progress with prescribing physicians.
- Participate in ongoing treatment plan reviews and patient reassessments.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support appropriate and compliant billing.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare and other payer billing requirements.
- Demonstrate leadership by directing and assisting other clinical staff as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with patients, families, and physicians.
- Deliver patient education services and participate in facility in-service and training activities.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment, including equipment care and supply inventory.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

- Current (or eligible) Alaska Physical Therapy license.
