Residential Caregiver

Under the direct supervision of the Residential Supervisor, provides supervision in the Padua Village Homes, including involving clients in appropriate decision-making and guiding each toward independence in initiating daily life activities tol enhance their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. Requirements include: high school graduation or equivalent, current CPR and first aid certification, valid California Driver’s License with a safety driving record satisfactory to Casa Colina’s insurance underwriters, willingness and ability to complete competency-based training for Direct Service Professionals and maintain required number of continuing education units on an annual basis as determined on the designated care level of assigned home. Applicants must receive criminal clearance from the Department of Justice before employment or initial presence in the facility.
