Culinary Server at Cassia – Moose Lake, Minnesota

Moose Lake Village, a Cassia community, is hiring a Culinary Server to join our culinary team. We offer on-the-job training! Position Type: Part-Time including every other weekend.

Hybrid Position Working Both Shifts:
Days: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Mondays, Wednesdays, every other Friday and Saturday)
Evenings: 12:15pm to 8:00pm (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Wage Range: $19 - $19.97 / hour depending on experience.

Location: 710 S Kenwood Avenue, Moose Lake, MN

Server Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Server Qualifications:

• Training will be provided for this role!
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Read and understand procedures for work assignments, instructions, and menu requests.
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks
