About This Position

Change Management Project Manager – EHRM (EUEA Support)

Emerging Tech is seeking a Change Management Project Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO). This role supports Change Management (CM) leadership by coordinating responses to stakeholder inquiries, managing CM deliverables, and supporting planning and execution of EUEA (End-User Engagement and Adoption) activities.

The Change Management Project Manager works closely with CM leadership, training teams, and end-user engagement stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and timely delivery of communications, reporting, and change management activities. This role requires strong project management, communication, and organizational change management expertise within a large-scale federal IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the EHRM-IO CM Director or designee in responding to actions and inquiries from EHRM-IO pillars, VA stakeholders, and other government entities
• Provide project management and planning support for CM activities, including meeting preparation, facilitation, and event logistics
• Support development, writing, and editing of change management content and deliverables
• Collaborate with training and end-user engagement PMs to provide consolidated responses on behalf of EUEA
• Manage and maintain centralized repositories for CM responses, risks, issues, task order requirements, and reporting artifacts
• Track and manage CM risks, issues, and action items, including escalation as needed
• Support development and delivery of executive-level CM briefings and presentations
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc CM reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure CM activities align with project scope, schedule, and program objectives
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of CM efforts

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional work experience
• Experience managing Information Technology–related projects
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and project management methodologies
• Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
• Prosci Change Management Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline
o An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong technical writing and editing expertise
• Experience developing executive-level briefings and presentations using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
• Experience implementing or supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
