Lifeguard at PRC Management Company – Red Bank, New Jersey

Join the PRC Management Co., Inc. team this summer! We are now accepting applications for seasonal Lifeguard positions, running from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.

As a Lifeguard with PRC, you will play an important role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our residents. Responsibilities include maintaining a vigilant watch over the pool area and responding promptly and appropriately to emergencies to ensure a safe swimming environment for all.

PRC offers a supportive, team-oriented work environment where professionalism and reliability are valued.

Applicants must be strong swimmers and hold current certifications in Lifeguard Training, CPR, AED, and First Aid.

We are also committed to helping our lifeguards succeed and grow, including reimbursing the cost of required lifeguard training.
