Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide basic lab assistance to the Quality Control department and other areas as assigned

Uses established procedures to:

• Perform basic maintenance on analytical instruments
• Clean glassware/flasks - Prepare reagent and cleaning acids
• Refill consumable supplies
• Organize MEB retains
• Check in of documentation (“Golds”) from MFG
• Maintain inventory of instrument parts and NISTs
• Organizing/purging old materials as necessary

Miscellaneous support duties are to include:

• Clerical duties organizing CoAs and SDS
• General cleaning
• Other duties as assigned

Adheres to established safety rules/guidelines

Wears appropriate personal protective equipment

Properly disposal of waste material

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
